Jump-start your fitness journey while preparing for the Luck of the Greene 5k. Designed for beginners and anyone looking to build confidence and endurance, this 9-week program will feature a weekly meet-up and workout and a weekly run guide. Utilizing gradual progress, participants will learn about stretching techniques, pre-run fueling tips, hydration, and 5k readiness. Program registration includes the registration fee for the Luck of Greene 5k. Join us as we build our local running community!
