Get moving this fall with our energizing Fall Fitness Series at the Greene County Community Park! Led by Courtney Russ, Associate Extension Agent with Virginia Cooperative Extension, this multi-week program is designed for all fitness levels and combines strength training, cardio, flexibility, and core work into fun, high-energy sessions. Courtney will guide participants through a variety of workouts each week to keep things fresh and engaging. Whether you’re looking to improve endurance, tone muscles, or simply enjoy the crisp autumn air while staying active, this series will keep you motivated and moving.
