GCPR Fall Youth Basketball – Lil Dribblers & Rookie Divisions

Get ready for an exciting season of youth basketball with GCPR! Our Lil Dribblers and Rookie divisions are designed for participants in grades K–3, offering the perfect way to learn, play, and grow in the game of basketball.

- Lil Dribblers (Grades K–1)
A Saturday-only, six-week program that introduces young players to the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense in a fun and supportive setting. Week one is practice only, followed by five weeks of 30-minute practices and 30-minute games. Perfect for beginners and a great first step into organized sports! If your child already has some basketball experience, contact GCPR to see if the Rookie Division may be a better fit.

- Rookie Division (Grades 2–3)
A full season of basketball that blends skill-building with game play. Players enjoy one evening practice each week and Saturday games, with the season ending in an exciting single-elimination tournament. This program emphasizes fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun—whether your child is just building confidence or ready to sharpen their skills.

Both divisions provide a positive, encouraging environment where participants can build skills, make friends, and develop a lifelong love for the game!
