GCPR’s Paws in the Park is a community event designed to support the Greene County Animal Shelter while promoting animal welfare, dog adoptions, and responsible pet ownership. Families are invited to bring their well-behaved, leashed pets to enjoy a day filled with activities, including making pup cups, bobbing for tennis balls, creating paw print greeting cards, and hiking the park trails. The event will feature local vendors, businesses, nonprofits, and the Animal Shelter. It is free and open to the public, though retractable leashes are not allowed.
